Greetings from phuket Singapore!
Am supposed to arrive in Phuket now with boy
But we received a sms at 2am in the morning that our flight will be cancelled.
It is the only airline which cancelled flights to Phuket coz their airplanes are 'stucked' in Bangkok

Spent some time calling the call centre but it was either engaged or no operator is available
Thus, we went to the only counter of AirAsia in Singapore at Terminal 1 to change our flight
There was no one to attend specially to all who are affected thus we had to queue and wait in line.
It took us 1 hr plus to get everything settled.
Changed it to next fri (and now we can't go to Batam next Sat as scheduled!)
And it is not confirmed that their flight will be cancelled again
Hopefully we can get to Phuket on Fri
